And… we regret to inform you…
HiJinx Brewing Company will no longer be brewing any of our flagships or old favorites.
Instead, we’ve decided to pivot entirely to our new lineup of experimental beers, including:
• Ketchup Kölsch
• Pickleback Porter
• Birthday Cake & Bacon IPA
• Smokehouse S’mores Stout
• And our new flagship… Mustard Gas Golden Ale (don’t ask)
…Yeah, we couldn’t keep a straight face either.

🚨 THE REAL NEWS... (and no, this isn’t a drill) 🚨
Attention, attention! The alarms are sounding, and the hoses are… well… filled with beer:
After months of paperwork, planning, dreaming, and a few five-alarm headaches… HiJinx Brewing Company has officially received final approvals for our new home in Tatamy, PA! 🎉🍻
Also, we promise this isn’t an elaborate setup involving inflatable fire chiefs, a taproom Dalmatian running the bar, or a debut of our newest small-batch release: “Smoked Hose Water Porter.” (…though it does have a certain ring to it.)
The truth is:
➡️ The tanks are ready
➡️ The doors are (almost) ready to roll up
➡️ And the next alarm bell for HiJinx has officially been pulled
We’re beyond excited to bring our bold, creative brews to Tatamy... with a little extra firehouse spirit, a lot of character, and maybe a few sparks flying (the good kind).
👀 Stay tuned! We’ll be announcing upcoming preview events and future hours soon. Consider this your official heads-up before we open the doors and let the good times rush in.
